3 Levels of Crusade Exercise Progressions

Each workout (assault) in Crusaders Team NINE! is broken down into 3 distinct levels of exercise sophistication. The beginners level is designed for those who are over weight, inactive, inexperienced, or are new to bodyweight exercise. The upper levels challenge seasoned athletes and well conditioned gym junkies. This system is progressive and will grow with you. You wont just burn bodyfat and build lean calorie torching muscle, you will also regain the pain free movement you had as a child.
