1. Trainer “Home Visit” Programme

Clients who choose this category can expect high quality sessions of 30 mins duration based on our legendary monthly programmes. These highly effective programmes will utilise our legendary “Aftershock Training Systems“. These proven techniques are guaranteed to get you in shape quickly!!
These workouts are broken down into 4-6 weekly segments that are designed to challenge you in every possible way during the allocated time. This leaves you to burn fat for the rest of the day and up to 18 hours later.
Choosing to train outdoors or indoors, minimum equipment is needed, but you can be assured that maximum energy will be expended during the workouts. We use bands, balls, kettlebells, free weights and bodyweight routines, so you`re body is always guessing. They are fun, intense and full of variety which makes this option a very popular choice for home fitness enthusiasts. Starting as little as £30.00 per month, or £27.00 if a couple, you can get in 2 great workouts per week and have the option to exercise with a family member(s), friend(s) or neighbour(s).
Your trainer will have a pre-designed tailor made programme personally suited to you. They will be there to encourage and motivate you throughout, whilst making sure your exercise technique is consistently maintained to reap the exellent benefits these superior training protocols provide. 2. “Show and Go” Trainer Demo Programme

The second option is available to the home fitness client who is perhaps slightly more advanced in their training or has “upgraded” from option 1. Aim BodyFitness will design a 4/6 week “Show and Go“ fat loss, muscle toning programme of 45 minutes duration each month based on the superior “Aftershock Training Systems“.
One of our top class trainers will visit you and go through the programme in person with you at your home or place of convenience. Each of our programmes will feature start and finish pictures, and easy to understand descriptions of every exercise. This will leave you in no doubt of how to undertake the programme whilst we are not there. On completion of the new programme demonstration by our trainer, clients are then able to perform the workouts by themselves for that particular duration of the programme. This process is repeated when the following progressive programme is introduced 4/6 weeks later.
Specifically designed for body composition changes, these fat loss programmes are open to the intermediate trainer, and this option is only advisable to exercisers who have a thorough grasp of exercise technique and feel comfortable to train by themselves.

3. “Fit in 4 Minutes” Programme
Option 3 consists of our “famous” 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 minute workouts for busy parents and high-flying career professionals. Utilising our highly popular FitBusyParent and BusyFitPro Systems, if you think you have no time to exercise then these action packed little gems are just the thing for you.
Moulded on the “Aftershock Training Systems“, these condensed but great programmes will have you working multiple muscle groups during short intense periods, ensuring you get maximum benefit in your fat loss quest.
Your trainer will be on hand throughout to guide and get the very best from you as there is quite alot to pack in to these short but demanding timeframes. Designed to hit all your muscle groups in short periods, you can guarantee your body composition and fitness levels are going to go through the roof. These fantastic little workouts are high energy and you will definately know you`ve used all your muscle groups on completion. If you keep saying you`re always short on time, then there`s really no excuse now because these great little routines are designed to remedy that.
Short, sharp and effective, you can choose which option you prefer and a trainer will come and visit you to get you through the designated workout. Each of the stated timed routines below does not include the warm up/cool down periods, so please allow a few minutes each side of your chosen time. If you want to get moving again and have little time then selecting these express workouts could be a great option.

As mentioned above, the Show and Go catagory is great if you feel comfortable to train by yourself without the need of one of our trainers to accompany you. These programmes will be tailor made for your specific goals and will feature easy to understand instructions on technique, reps and sets aswell as clear demonstrative pictures. Renewable every 4/6 weeks a trainer will go through a demo of the programme and leave you to carry on with the prescribed routines until the next visit.
