We have devised certain systems that are proven in attaining fat loss quickly and safely. Based on the superb Aftershock Training Systems, these strategies are challenging but VERY effective. Where we go
Our fitness sessions are generally conducted at private gyms in the Bath, Warminster, Westbury, Frome, Trowbridge, Radstock and Midsomer Norton areas. We also cater for the residents of the neighbouring villages which may be close by to the city and towns. The average duration will last around 45 minutes and will be fun but challenging. Plus you have the added bonus of not having to be a member of these gyms either, which is a great incentive to get started right away!
Alternatively each session can be performed at home or in your garden. We have some great programme options for you to choose from and this is ideal for those who are feeling shy about their shape and for this reason prefer not to join their local gym. We will bring a range of equipment that will help you quickly achieve your goals, giving you a lean, more toned body shape. See Home Training.
Never routine
If you prefer to combine exercise with a breath of fresh air, weather permitting ( and it has to be really bad ) we’ll go down to your nearest park to have our sessions. No two of your sessions will be the same, not just because we believe in full body workouts rather than just pumping one set of muscles, but as your performance starts to grow so will the intensity of each session. Each fitness session with your personal trainer will end with a full body stretch to aid recovery and increase flexibility.
Even though our Personal Training is offered at competetive prices, we`ve also gone that extra mile to make it more accessable and cost effective for those on a tighter budget. We like to call it Semi-Private Personal Training, for self explanatory reasons. Basically, instead of utilising our One on One option, we welcome you to invite a small group of your friends or buddy up with a partner so you can all share the cost of your investment in training with us. The bonus is you still get great instruction, encouragement and motivation, but with just a little less individual focus. Good nutrition
Good nutrition and diet advice is given alongside your exercise routines, we will ask you to keep a diet diary to ensure that you are eating enough of the right things and to help suggest on what you can cut down on or reduce altogether. We additionally have nutritional and dietician registered meal plans that we recommend our clients undertake as part of their good Health and Lifestyle journey.
