“You!! Get down and give me 50 press-ups” roars the Boot Camp sergeant major at the petrified “cadet” as she cowers behind her friend in the vain hope that the sadist drill instructor doesn’t notice that she simply can’t do anymore no matter what! a break for some water would be appreciated.

Is this a fair comment on the typical boot camp experience? Well yes it can be, unless it runs to the other end of the scale where some bored youth reluctantly puts a paying group through some easy movements which is of no benefit to anyone. He`s obviously thinking of where he can take his girlfriend at the weekend while he`s meant to be “training” you. I mean how else does one explain the lack of passion in his body language?!

At the Aim BodyFitness Boot Camp we do things a little differently. Although the name “boot camp” was inspired by military training camps, our instructors don’t use intimidation tactics in their classes of Boot Camp Fitness Workouts. Lining people up and yelling at them is not real camaraderie. Besides it’s simply not necessary.

People will push themselves on their own when they’re in a group and feed off each other’s energy. Our experience at getting clients from all walks of life in the best shape of their lives means that we have constructed a variety of Boot Camp Fitness Workouts that are designed to be challenging yet equally enjoyable for those undertaking the boot camp methods.

 

 

Be in it to win it!

 The format of each Boot Camp Fitness Workout changes every time – you will spend an hour undertaking numerous fun forms of cardiovascular exercise (jogging, hiking, obstacle course challenges, interval training), along with strength elements (using exercise bands, dumbbells, or the resistance of your own bodyweight). We also always include a flexibility component to refresh and reinvigorate tired muscles.

Our Boot Camp Fitness Workouts & Weight Loss Exercises are aimed to challenge the mind as well as the body. We focus on your technique, form, core training, breathing, relaxation, and a better understanding of how the body moves, giving you a greater confidence in your own physicality and improve army physical fitness.

We are very aware that not everybody is athletically inclined, but by hanging out with those more driven people, we see all our clients naturally want to do better and improve. We do everything that we can in order to foster an empowering environment, one that is both nurturing and challenging. Our aim is to create a team atmosphere that is not merely about getting in shape but about community and being better in everything you do.

As a break from the usual routine of a  gym workout, we encourage you to give our Boot Camp Fitness Workouts & Weight Loss Exercises a try. It’s not for the faint hearted and if you have any injuries, please check with your doctor before doing this type of thing. Go slow at first! Yes, the competitive urge is encouraged but know your own limits and test them carefully at first. After that – just go for it!!
