What To Expect?

The SISTERHOOD FITNESS CAMPS can be intense! Yes, however our mission is to help you be the BEST women you can be! That means taking this hour of boot camp and challenging you to accomplish what you thought was impossible! You are stronger than you think you are!

Each camp is one hour in duration. Mon / Tue / Wed / Thur / Fri for 4 weeks.
There are 2 day and 3 day per week options available.

Choose either our school drop off camp, or evening camp times. Though we recommend you register well in advance before the next camp as places go quick!
We also try to make it as affordable as we possibly can, so your investment to be as little as £5.00 per session.

The SISTERHOOD FITNESS CAMPS are FUN!
This 4 week programme is filled with variety and is designed to get you feeling and looking in the best shape of your life!

Each SISTERHOOD FITNESS CAMP is designed with safe and effective exercises, stressing proper form and technique. If needed, we will adjust your exercise due to any pre-existing injury. Therefore, you will successfully reach your fitness goal now! (We do NOT do compromising militaristic and dangerous exercises)

CODE FUN – Every SISTERHOOD FITNESS CAMP will be filled with variety! You will always be inspired as to what is coming next! You will enjoy obstacle courses, FUN CARDIO – (not long runs), strength-training, ab-labs, functional-training, flexibility. We don`t use expensive fancy equipment or machines because you don`t need it! Try one of our workouts to be convinced. Oh, of course there is a lot of social entertainment!

CODE FOOD – Eating is fun! We love to eat! However, unknowingly, eating the wrong foods can sabotage your perfect fitness plan. So, we offer one-on-one nutritional consultations, healthy recipes, grocery shopping tours and other great strategies to help you on your quest to good health and vitality.

CODE RESULTS – Your success is our success! We will do EVERYTHING in our power to deliver successful results to your body! However, we only have you for one hour! We need your commitment!

The SISTERHOOD FITNESS CAMPS are here to offer a supportive and motivational bootcamp designed for women of all fitness levels!
