Each and every workout on the Fighting Fit programme is geared to your success. Many of the workouts we do are based against the clock, and have a measurable performance indicator built in, (eg. distance covered, reps performed etc) so you will see first hand your improvements every week. They are tough but enjoyable. Done in a team environment you will strive to commit to each workout and reap the benefits of team motivation from your fellow participants. 

Each and every one of the workouts is also scalable to your current level. It`s highly recommended you have a basic fitness level to start with but the programme can be tailored to your unique starting point.
