OK – but what will I have to do at The SISTERHOOD FITNESS BOOTCAMP?
You will have to COMMIT to your goals – one of our instructors will lead you through an intensive yet controlled training session, but it’s not about a whistle blowing army sergeant, it’s about exercise sessions that have MASSIVE metabolism increasing capabilities – Increasing the metabolism helps us SHIFT huge amounts of unwanted fat from the inside AND outside to make a healthier body. Exercises are progressive, adaptable and build your fitness and strength over the 4 week period and if you choose to continue to maintain or further improve your results exercises will be adapted to suit your needs as well as the needs of newcomers.
We don’t do running in circles either – maybe a short straight line or a hill every now and then but it’s more about using body weight and our environment. Commitment is the key…no excuses allowed! Not turning up is not an option
I am overweight – will I cope?
YES! The Sisterhood Fitness Camp is designed for all shapes and sizes, fitness and experience. We cater for ladies who are new to exercise, have had a long lay off from exercise through injury, or just want to get familiar with working the body again with focus on less intensity but working to current fitness levels.
We never run more than 20 metres, sessions are devised so everybody can work to their own level whether they are a seasoned FITNESS CAMPER or new to it.
The Sisterhood Fitness Camp is a fun way to exercise utilising all the muscles in the body in a number of fun and interesting ways, using mainly just body weight as our resistance…and sometimes a few cheeky pieces of equipment!
As you get fitter, stronger, lighter and smaller the workouts have options to progress you, to ensure it is ALWAYS a challenge!

I like the sound of it – where are The FITNESS BOOTCAMPS located?
All sessions take place using the ‘green’ gym – I am meaning that we are outside come rain or shine, snow or sleet.
We recommend you wear gloves (cycling or weight lifting gloves are popular!) and bring a towel and water. Make sure you have some good supportive trainers and layers of clothing – you will get hot as your metabolism flies through the roof!
