Warriors Team FOUR! is a small group fitness training programme that incorporates FOUR months of progresssive exercise and nutrition coaching. It`s up to you how far you want to go with it. Small group semi private personal training is now emerging as a primary and cost effective way to pursue and increase your fitness levels, with the benefit of a personal trainer. Warriors Team FOUR! comprises two exciting phases spread over FOUR months. Phase one is bodyweight and dumbell training (with 4 levels of difficulty per exercise). Phase two uses a medicine ball, resistance band, and bodyweight (with 3 levels of difficulty per exercise). That`s FOUR months of superior training rolled onto one super charged programme.
